On October 28th, the Exhibition of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievements for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the University was held on the second floor of the Academic Exchange Center. Bian Jing, Party secretary of the university; Li Jinlin, President of the University; retired university leaders; persons in charge of various teaching units; and nearly 100 representative of teachers and students engaging in innovation and entrepreneurship education attended the exhibition.
All the teachers and students of the university have made concerted efforts to hold this exhibition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the university. The theme of this exhibition is "Working Together to Win the Future with Innovation". A total of 64 exhibition boards covering 18 topics were displayed at the exhibition. They were the honor wall of innovation and entrepreneurship education, top 112 of young entrepreneur pioneers in 2021, demeanor of excellent innovation and entrepreneurship instructors in 2021, representative teams of Big Innovation Project in 2021, development history and main achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education, brief introduction to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute, situation of the brand events, introduction to Young People's Red Dream Building Tour, the innovation and entrepreneurship training plan for college students, the national entrepreneurship tutors, entrepreneurship education and practice, and college students' entrepreneurship demonstration base, integration of experimental teaching into innovation and entrepreneurship education, integration of engineering training into innovation and entrepreneurship education, integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talents training in 20 colleges of the university, characteristics and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in 20 colleges of the university, integration of ideological education, specialties and competition into innovation and entrepreneurship education in 20 colleges of the university, and typical deeds and figures of innovation and entrepreneurship education in 20 colleges of the university.

Pan Zejiang, dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute and director of Experimental Teaching and Engineering Training Center, said that in recent years, innovation and entrepreneurship work in SCMU had made great progress. At the new starting point of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the university, we will deepen the reform of the university’s innovation and entrepreneurship education, and train a large number of university students of all ethnic groups with innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovation and entrepreneurial ability, so that SCMU will be among the top in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
It is reported that this achievement exhibition is sponsored by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute and the Experimental Teaching and Engineering Training Center, and hosted by the Publicity Department of the Party Committee, the Academic Affairs Office, the Graduate School and other colleges, and will last until November 15th.
