In the afternoon of December 27, SCMU held the signing and inauguration ceremony of the Kunpeng & Centerm Industry-Education Integration Education Base with Huawei and Yangtze Kunpeng in Wuhan Wanda Reign Hotel. Zhou Qihong, Deputy Director of Hubei Provincial Department of Education; Jiang Tao, Vice President of Huawei Computing Product Line of Huawei; Zhang Xiwei, Business President of Kunpeng; Zhang Lipeng, Vice President of Huawei Computing Business of Huawei; Yang Bin, Director of Hubei Government-Enterprise Partner Development and Management Department of Huawei; Liu Junyi, COO of Yangtze Kunpeng Eco-Innovation Center Limited; Li Jinlin, President of SCMU; Du Dongyun, Vice President of SCMU; Han Yisheng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of SCMU; and heads of the Party and Government Affairs Office, Office of Academic Affairs, School of Computer Science, and related teachers attended the ceremony.

Zhou Qihong congratulated on this tripartite cooperation. He pointed out that the tripartite cooperation in building the industry-education integration base would help to establish a university talent training system with the technical support from Kunpeng & Centerm, and would improve the level of university-enterprise collaborative talents training and education. He expected that the three parties would more actively explore the cooperation model suitable for their respective development, strive for achieving win-win outcome, summarize useful experience, help more enterprises and universities promote collaborative education and support the high-quality economic and social development of Hubei province.
Jiang Tao said that the contract signing would be a model for the industry-university-research-application integration and the establishment of an industry-driven knowledge system and talent system, extend the "Hubei Experience" to colleges and universities nationwide, and provide native talents and intellectual support for the development of core areas of China's computing industry.
Li Jinlin introduced the development of information-related disciplines in SCMU, especially the achievements of the cooperation between the School of Computer Science and Huawei in industry-education collaborative talent training in the early stages. He pointed out that by deepening university-enterprise cooperation, giving full play to industrial advantages and exploring the construction mode of modern industrial institutions, the jointly built industry-university collaborative education base would provide strong support for the high-quality development of SCMU, and better serve regional socio-economic development. He hoped that this cooperation would strengthen and deepen industry-university-research integration, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improve the quality of talent training.
Qin Jun, Dean of the School of Computer Science, signed the tripartite cooperation agreement with Zhang Lipeng and Liu Junyi. Zhou Qinhong, Li Jinlin, Du Dongyun, Han Yisheng and Jiang Tao jointly unveiled the plaque for the Kunpeng & Centerm Industry-University Collaborative Training Base.
