Students shared feedback on cafeteria food quality, hygiene, and service. Yang Yihao, a 2024 freshman from the School of Foreign Languages, praised the cafeteria’s ability to accommodate diverse regional tastes. Staff members, including Third Cafeteria Manager Chen Yanhong, addressed student suggestions and highlighted communication channels including posted contact information and QR codes for feedback.
Li Chuanguo, Director of the Department of Logistics and Support, concluded the discussion by expressing gratitude for students’ suggestions and reaffirming the department’s commitment to developing their cafeterias into welcoming spaces that combine quality cooking with a comfortable dining atmosphere.
Following the discussion, students participated in dumpling making in the cafeteria kitchen. Chef Chen, with nearly 20 years of experience, guided students in preparing three varieties: traditional white dough, carrot-infused, and spinach-infused wrappers, paired with corresponding fillings of cabbage, shrimp with peas, and chive with egg.
