Delivering a speech titled “Cultural Convergence: Silk Road Relics Meet Nanshan Art”, Huang captivated the audience with his unique perspective inspired by an encounter with a Hu-style terracotta lamp. Skillfully integrating content from An Introduction to the Chinese National Community, the textbook, he presented a layered interpretation of historical ethnic exchanges and integration, articulating contemporary youth's commitment to strengthening the sense of Chinese national community. His profound insights, authentic emotion, and compelling delivery earned unanimous acclaim from judges and spectators alike. Huang's success stemmed from systematic guidance by the University's Publicity Department, Student Affairs Office, Communist Youth League Committee, Chinese Nation Community Research Center, and School of Literature, Journalism & Communication with collaborative support in speech crafting and multimedia production.

The competition was aligned withthe spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, National Education Conference, and the National Commendation Conference for Ethnic Unity and Progress, as well as the guiding principles of President Xi Jinping’s keynote speech on proper compilation and application of textbook An Introduction to the Chinese Nation Community, thus leading youth students to establish a right historical perspective of the Chinese nation. This eventattracted 274 participants from colleges and universities across 26 provinces. After video-based preliminary evaluations, 45 finalists (30 undergraduates and 15 vocational students) advanced to share their learning experiences from the textbook and personal stories about national community consciousness..
