On November 5, two courses—"Introduction to Chinese Culture" and "Science Popularization: Decoding the Marvels of the World"—were officially launched on overseas platforms, successfully reaching Indonesia.

The course "Introduction to Chinese Culture" is specially designed for learners interested in Chinese culture. Its content covers multiple fields such as philosophical thought, literature and arts, social customs, religious beliefs, and technological development, aiming to help students gain an in-depth understanding of Chinese history and culture while enhancing their intercultural communication skills. "Science Popularization: Decoding the Marvels of the World" focuses on cutting-edge scientific knowledge in fields such as chemistry, biology, and information technology. Through 21 short videos, it explores hot topics like nanotechnology and genetic modification, integrating resources such as dialogues with academicians and interviews with prominent science communicators. From an interdisciplinary perspective, the course popularizes scientific knowledge and promotes the spirit of science.

Since SCMU joined the MOOCs Going Global initiative in 2022, the university has exported a total of 15 courses to internationally renowned online education platforms such as Thailand's national MOOC platform, ThaiMOOC, and Indonesia's ICE-I. These efforts continue to provide high-quality educational resources to learners worldwide.

The head of the Undergraduate School stated that the university will continue to advance the integration of "AI+Education" and digital teaching transformation, focusing on developing internationally competitive "Digital Gold Courses." By leveraging the "MOOCs Going Global" initiative as a key bridge, the university aims to promote more specialized courses on the international stage, allowing learners to perceive a genuine and multifaceted China.
