At the start of the academic year, two flagship papers by faculty members from the School of Literature, Journalism & Communication were published concurrently in the national leading Chinese academic journalLiterary Review(2026, no. 2). These are Professor Gong Jushan’s sole-authored paper “The Constructive Logic of Bakhtin’s Pragmatic Poetics and Its Implications” and Lecturer Zhou Bin’s sole-authored paper “Factional Conflict and the Reconstruction of Su Shi’s Memory of the Six Guests’ First Gathering”. This achievement represents the latest results of organized research at the College of Literature and Journalism and marks a new breakthrough in its disciplinary development.
The School of Literature, Journalism & Communication has long placed emphasis on academic team building and talent development, making full use of mentorship and collaboration to cultivate landmark scholarly outcomes. To date, the School has published ten CSSCI-indexed papers in 2026, five of which have appeared in leading academic journals (details as follows).
