Campus cultural festival was held by Student Union and Graduates Union from April 3rd to 5th, taking “Embrace the spring, Express the Feeling” as its theme. A series of activities attracted nearly 7000 people and gained overwhelming responds.

In the activity “pen to paper: letting emotions flow”, participants expressed their kinship and friendship, nostalgia and commemoration of heroes with handwritten letters. 40 out of more than 100 entries were selected in the first round. The top 20, having been displayed in Student Union microblog, were awarded first, second or third prize based on public vote.

“To the Youth: Sports Season Night” took place in the form of night running and game-playing. Abundant solo or team activities with little gifts attracted more than 4000 participants, who enjoyed relaxing time under starry sky.

In the activity of “transmit emotions with song and dance”, 3000 teachers and students together enjoyed traditional folk music, modern orchestra, pop music and dance performed by College Student Art Troupe, feeling the charm of Chinese culture.

During Qingming festival, tomb-sweeping activities were organized to reminisce revolutionary martyrs. Young Volunteers Association of College of Resources and Environmental Science expressed love and reminiscence by sharing “Qingming memory”, and paid respect to the revolution predecessors with virtual flowers and an online quiz.
